升级2016版本行政办公菜单里面很多界面显示空白

如题，之前询问过，已按照技术人员方法替换同版本的webroot,但是页面还是空白

办公设备借用登记、办公用品审批、办公用品登记查询、办公用品管理报表、办公用品库存登记这几个页面 空白，报错如下：
Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Loader expects 5 in E:\MYOA\webroot\general\office_Product\manage\record.php on line 0

经检查，OA自带菜单打开都是正常的，不能打开的是用户二次开发的菜单模块。需要找二次开发的人员协助排查。
