您好，到系统管理-系统资源管理下重新生成一下缓存。

您好，您看一下php代码版本号是多少，另外看一下php的日志里有没有错误提示

您好，在服务器oa安装目录里logs文件夹里面有个php_errors看下这个有没有错误提示
