求助：升级后Office_IM服务重复启动问题
本帖最后由 swxxswxx 于 2017-10-10 14:11 编辑10月7日，我单位将通达OA从2015版（8.15.160722）跨版本升级至2016版（9.13.170710）后，其他业务基本正常，只是OA服务器的Office_IM服务会不断地重启。。。。如图所示，基本上4分钟就会自动重启一次，请问是什么原因？？
您好，请再将myoa/logs/redis的日志上传一下 查看redis.log日志，比较正常，日志数量也较少，以下为10月7日至11日的redis.log日志内容

11 Oct 02:35:12.203 * Background AOF rewrite finished successfully 您好，请将\MYOA\attach\redis_data下面的appendonly.aof文件剪切出去，然后把服务都重新启动一下。 感谢邝版主解答，我按照你说的，先将服务停止，再把appendonly.aof删除，重启服务后，生成了新的appendonly.aof。经过观察，发现仍旧每4分钟Office_IM服务就会重启。。
而且在D:\MYOA\attach\redis_data\heap文件夹下，发现RedisQFork_2088.dat文件巨大，有550MB，而且还在继续增大中。这是啥东东，怎么处理。。。
