独立事务提醒或者指明提醒人员，但是这样手机端就没有推送提醒了。比如振动、声音等

您好，若OA有消息或工作发来，在手机上登录会有类似微信消息的弹框提醒，
若您的手机端没有消息推送的话，1、建议先确定下OA精灵的版本和OA服务端版本是否对应，手机端版本使用必须和服务器端版本对应才行；2、管理员登录在系统管理-系统参数设置 处看下机关推送是否开启的 3、检查下您的服务控制中心的MQ(消息队列服务)、redis服务 是否正常开启

可以让系统不产生日志，但是就没有推送提示了。我本来的意思是：可以让他能有推送提示并且也不产生日志文件。很明显的是极光推送的用户没有制定ID  'to_jpushid' =>    才会产生这样的日志文件
