您好，nginx那个应该是打开页面连接失败，建议检查一下网络的问题。还有，第二个是说拒绝访问，这不是OA的问题，建议检查服务器盘符或文件夹给予的访问权限不够导致，第一个报错也可能由于此问题导致，所以建议先检查访问权限设置问题。
