Recovery CD is bootable CD containing full functionality of the program and additionally offering full access to all FAT, NTFS, Ext2 and Ext3 partitions on local hard drives. Even in the case of unbootable system you can boot machine from Recovery CD, access important documents and copy them in secure place, try to fix crashed operating system or perform any partitioning operation. Recovery CD is different for different versions of the program (Recovery CD Personal - Personal Edition, Recovery CD Professional - Professional, Server, Enterprise Server Editions).
